What's new in Citence
Shipped and dated — never promises. The product is built in public,
at the pace of the measurements.

GEO + SEO: your Google positions, on the same samplesnew
Every sample of your questions also captures the Google results page — so your classic
Google positions are measured on the same queries, retroactively from the start of your
series, at no extra cost. On top of that: a keyword corpus (the searches your customers type,
separate quota, included in your configuration), the technical state of your site as robots
see it (with Google's real-world speed data when it exists, and a clearly labelled "simulation"
bench otherwise), your content state (which page ranks for which query, where one is missing),
and authority targets — the sources that matter both to AI engines and to the Google top 10.
Everything lands in the same action plan: never a second product on the side.

Your corpus, editable — and nothing is ever erased
You can now add, remove and restore your questions yourself. An added question is
classified automatically by family; a removed question goes to the archives with its series
intact — restoring it resumes the series identically, and the interruption stays visible on your
curves, never filled in. Every change applies at the next measurement window, never mid-window,
and the quota follows your configuration. At sign-up, a start screen lets you pick your questions —
the ones from your audit arrive pre-checked, with their measurements: your snapshot becomes
day 1 of the film.

New pricing: the price follows your measurement volume
The fixed grid gives way to three composable tiers — Startup (see, from €29),
Pro (understand and act, from €139), Agency (operate, from €369). The price is computed from your
real volume: tracked questions, engines, measurement passes per week. You choose your configuration
at sign-up, and annual billing is 10% off.

The free audit becomes a web page — no account
The free audit no longer ends in a PDF: you receive a link to your report by email,
to read and share without creating anything. Your rates by question family with their confidence
range, the full list of tested questions (cited / not cited, sample by sample), who holds the
ground, and the sources engines draw their answers from. Every figure carries its plain-language
definition, right below. No account is created without your decision: it is born when you subscribe.

Online subscription, no commitment
Billing moved online: subscribe by card or SEPA direct debit, monthly with no commitment
or discounted annual, manage payment and invoices from your account. From your audit report,
continuous measurement comes with a 14-day free trial — card at sign-up, nothing charged
before the trial ends, email reminder 3 days ahead, cancel in one click.
July 2026
Your account, self-service
Password change from your account, "forgot password" by email, and a "Your corpus"
page that shows exactly what the instrument measures: your active questions by family, the engines
queried, the sampling cadence — with a button to request a change. A feedback form ("a problem,
an idea?") goes straight to the team.

The dashboard in five chapters
Overview, Visibility, Trends, Action plan, Register: the dashboard reads like a case file —
the essentials written out from your measurements, daily curves with their uncertainty band,
statistically detected durable changes dated to the day, and an action plan where every
recommendation carries its measured cause and its evidence.
June–July 2026
The measurement, hardened
Dedicated server hosted in France (measurement windows no longer depend on any workstation),
daily backups replicated off-machine, email alerts down to the system level — and always the
founding invariant: observations are immutable, every raw answer is kept, every figure
can be recomputed.
